Welcome to R. V. Kerr Elementary SchoolWe are located at 1700 Airline Drive in Bossier City, Louisiana. We have 535 students who attend PreK through 5th grade. Kerr has a very diverse population and we offer a warm and caring school climate for all of our students to strive for excellence. The Mission of R. V. Hello and welcome to Kerr. This is year 32 for me at Kerr. I started as a classroom teacher before moving to Assistant Principal and Principal. I am very proud of our school.
